Rashid Aliyev

Rashid Aliyev has extensive experience in cross-border agreements, corporate law, banking and finance law, and construction law. In his work in the finance sector, Rashid has notably served as Chief Legal Counsel for leading organizations in the industry. He also has significant experience in international arbitration.
Before founding Remells Law Firm, Mr. Aliyev worked at the Baku office of Baker & McKenzie, one of the leading international law firms. During this time, he provided consultancy on finance and cross-border agreements. He is also currently providing legal consultancy to world-renowned oil and gas companies on matters including project financing and share transfers.
